POLICY

Deposit & Appointment Policy
 
At Superior Tinting we value your time and strive to provide quality service for every customer. To ensure efficient scheduling and commitment to each appointment, the following policy applies to all bookings:
 
Booking Deposit
​
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
 
Rescheduling Policy
​
  • You are allowed one (1) reschedule per deposit, provided you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • After one reschedule, or in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Any additional reschedules or new appointments will require a new deposit.
 
Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If you cancel your appointment entirely or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
 
Arrival Times
​
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling and may require a new deposit.
  • Arrivals more than 45 minutes late will require rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding-this policy allows us to serve all customers efficiently and minimize downtime.

For deposits, we currently accept the following payment methods:
 
  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • Square
 
***Square Processing Fees
​
Payments made through Square are subject to standard Square processing fees.
Any applicable Square processing fees will be added to the total invoice.
